I'll just calculate out loud: 6 m garage + 9 meters driveway = 15 m. 3 m garage width + 3 m free strip towards the street (which you can't really use for anything meaningful) = 6 m. 15 x 6 m = 90 sqm. You're "wasting" quite a few square meters here for this one garage.
In a normal case it would be: 6 x 3 m for the garage + 5 x 3 m for the driveway/storage = 33 sqm. The rest remains for garden/front yard design.
So why should this be better? No criticism, I just want to understand ;)
Quite simple, I want to build a double garage and a workshop onto the house, both with access, and they shouldn't put the outbuildings in the foreground from the street. :)
The plot should be big enough at just under 900 sqm.
