Quite simple, I want to build a double garage and a workshop onto the house, both with access, and they shouldn't put the outbuildings in the foreground from the street. :)

The plot should be big enough at just under 900 sqm.

Michael

Did you extend the driveway afterwards?

This "storage space" clearly determines the purpose of the regulation, means in plain German the buffer zone where you hold up the flowing traffic during gate opening, and is not to be transferred to a boundary distance. Unless your development plan prescribes only certain Ga/Cp special building windows otherwise, I see nothing standing in the way of your desired orientation of the garage.

No, my terrace builder pointed out to us immediately during the site visit that our idea was not reasonable. We then drove the car onto the (future) unpaved driveway and traced the path with paint. That then was the basis for the terrace builder.

We have it exactly as you drew it. Best decision!

What do you find so great about it? You are already giving away a lot of space. :)
