We often watch the American renovation shows and wondered why they use wooden slats instead of metal profiles. Our research has shown that wood has the disadvantage of working. Also, it is (in this country) more expensive than metal profiles. What is against classic drywall partitions? Or am I misunderstanding something here and you want to build the wall completely out of wood?

Haha, we also really like watching these shows and have drawn inspiration from them. It does definitely not have to be made of wood. I just thought that would be the cheapest option. Then such walls would not be made of stone but rather from these metal profiles anyway?

That will be determined later in the planning, whether and how the walls will be executed. The floor plan is coordinated with the structural engineering, then the most effective structure is planned. For a niche in the load-bearing wall area, one will not rely on wood + beam, but rather on a masonry wall. The roof also requires supporting columns. ...
Boxed-in sections, lightweight partition walls, and platforms are generally made using panel construction.
So scribbling all over your DIY plan now may be a pastime for yourself, but it is the job of a professional.

All right. Interesting. We don't know any of that.

So for what you want there are several options.

[*]Drywall (plasterboard on wooden or metal profiles)
[*]Real wooden walls, e.g. from a carpenter
    [*]Ytong blocks, etc.

But it doesn’t sound like you want to do it yourselves, right?
Then happily draw what you wish for and discuss the best implementation with your general contractor/project manager/architect.
Depending on the desired look and use, many things can make sense.

Corners are often impractical and not cozy. You also need to be able to furnish the area next to the built-in wardrobe.
