Hi everyone
An interesting discussion. One question first. How thick are the rafters? Insulation with mineral wool is good. In winter, it keeps the heat inside the building and in summer, it serves as thermal protection. If windows are present, the statement about the roller shutters is good. If the attic is being converted into a living space, cladding the rafters with drywall makes sense. If you want, you can also add a counter battens with another layer of insulation, which increases the effect even more.
