Are these rough construction costs market-appropriate for 160 sqm of living space?

The offer includes the following in addition to what has already been mentioned:
- Building application
- Structural analysis
- Energy certificate
- Exterior plaster
- Roof covering
- Roller shutters on the ground floor and upper floor
- Solid interior walls
- We can configure the interior walls freely as it suits us.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to compare the offer with those mentioned here, as everyone has different conditions. One has a basement, another no roof covering, etc.

Exterior plaster is also a major cost factor, although there are of course huge differences due to different quality levels. With the information now, I find the price extremely reasonable, if not to say very cheap.
