Are these costs still normal even in these times?

The table hardly makes any sense, especially because the ground floor and the upper floor are completely mixed up. Many items like bathrooms and electrical work and especially the architect count for both floors. What is included in the costs incurred so far?

So if I divide the €480,000 by the 180m², I get €2,666/m². Because of the basement, you might even be able to divide by even more m².

The question is rather whether one uses the entire range of services. You can do a lot yourself if you want to. Especially when I renovate, I shouldn’t open my wallet for every little thing but be able to roll up my sleeves myself.

renovating a bit by yourself in the existing building and is quite a difference...

Just a question completely independent of the prices: Why are you leaving the ground floor as is? To save money? Or for legal construction reasons? If not the latter, I would also tear it down and do it anew.

And does the architect have to obtain and award the offer? You can’t do that yourself? I don’t care, it’s not my money anyway :)
