We do not want the master bedroom in the attic.

And wouldn't 3m windows be much too large for the children's rooms?

We actually did not want an open staircase. But we need to think about that again.

Hello milkie, I don't know. It's all so half-baked. This will be your house! Once the walls are up, it will be hard to change anything. I would rather look for the perfect solution now that will knock your socks off. I wouldn't start before that. What I'm still interested in: how high is the knee wall at the very top? Is there even one, or does the roof lie directly on it? Best regards!

According to the section, there is a knee wall, this height is missing as well as the 2-meter line! Important to know! :)

The roof sits directly on the 1st floor. We are now considering a steeper roof and/or [Dachgauben] and hope that something better can be created from that. Tomorrow we will contact the architect.

Still, there is a knee wall there without a dimension...
