Hello everyone,
unfortunately, we have a conflict in which the parties involved (surveyor, architect, construction manager) have differing opinions.
The surveyor (or one of his employees) has carried out the preliminary staking out and now wants to have the staking out plan officially approved in writing. A signature line is indicated on the preliminary staking out protocol. Only after this written approval will he carry out the detailed staking out.
Neither the architect nor the construction manager want to countersign here and demand this from the surveyor (self-monitoring by the contractor).
The question now is: who is obliged to grant approval of the preliminary staking out protocol? Is there a uniform/clear regulation?
Thank you very much for your support and best regards,
Martin
