And what if it can be done without compromises for the builder, Katja? We are not seeing a narrow plot here anyway. ;)

.. I’m just not in the mood to count tiles and infer measurements from that .. what floor area are the houses supposed to have?

About 10 x 12.. double garages at 6x6, dynamic adjustment possible. I’m not really into the city villa genre like you are, because it’s more difficult with those. But luckily the TEs don’t want those things ;)

But then you made a proportionality error, because if I extend the garage dimension of 6 m width further to the left, then I come to 45 m property width. By the way, that was the reason why I asked, because the proportions looked so disproportionate. By the way, I am not an advocate of urban villas etc. ... quite the opposite, I also don’t know how you came to that.

uih, when I count that, it is actually 45… damn. I was mistaken :( or rather, I wasn’t: I took the 30 meters as reference: these indications from edge to edge probably won’t be correct! :( [QUOTE="kbt09, post: 565234, memb I’m not a supporter of city villas etc. ... [/QUOTE] I confused you with Katja

.. I just noticed it because I have been dealing with it myself. I once adjusted the plot in Coreldraw so that I could roughly represent the specified dimensions. There are some discrepancies, either the outlines are distorted, meaning not scanned proportionally or something, or the dimensions are not given quite accurately. Here is my interim result
