Because someone rats you out, because a new employee is hired. You never know. With my neighbor, it was because my neighbor on the other side rented the semi-detached house to the employee from the building authority. Bad luck.

We have received it too, everything is normal, but I didn’t know that before either. Just fill it out and that’s it, no worries.

It would be interesting to know what level of accuracy the appraisal committee expects for the information provided. A lower purchase price initially lowers the BRW in the area as well (possibly detrimental for future financing). Perhaps it would also be appropriate here to state the market value of the house and to omit the intra-family discount. Since the committee asks for the purchase price, it seems that there is no access to the notary records.

Hello

who exactly is this Expert Committee?
On what legal basis does it request information?
You should ask this.
If no satisfactory answer is given, ignore it.
Anyone can ask questions, whether you are obligated to respond should be regulated by law.

That's how it looks! The basis is, among other things, the Building Code, and theoretically, a fine can even be imposed for non-response. The expert committee maintains a purchase price collection for its area of responsibility, where all real estate and land sales are recorded. To be able to evaluate this for the land market report, etc., it needs information about the house.

So just answer as accurately as possible, the tax office etc. has absolutely nothing to do with it. So you are not threatened there, any trouble could only arise (which is still theoretical and actually not done) if you do not respond.

Oh, and for the standard land values, by the way, sales of developed plots are pretty irrelevant; normally, only undeveloped plots and sales that are contractually sold as built for demolition are included.
