After house purchase, mail from the appraisal committee for property values

Well, a lot of things were asked from us that, as far as I remember, were not even in the purchase contract. And do they actually receive the purchase contract? Maybe they only receive information about the sale, but no details. Actually, I would find it strange if notary contracts were disclosed.

some answers here make me think.
Anyone may ask questions.
If someone unknown asks me such personal things, in order to receive an answer, he should send the exact legal text according to which I am obliged to answer truthfully, and which sanctions threaten if I do not reply to him.
If this is not the case, he will learn nothing from me.
This should be standard nowadays, as the state is a greedy collector of information.

Analyzing the purchase contract of a condominium is not difficult either ;-)

As a rule, an inquiry to the buyer is only made if it concerns a fact that requires explanation (such as an unusual purchase within the family) or if not all data is available at the expert committee.

It is actually harmless to respond, as the data is used exclusively for the property market report.

hm. The KV of my condominium including all attachments is many times more extensive than the KV of my property - I estimate a factor of 50...
