@ Egon12 &
Thanks for this approximate information. That's exactly what I was looking for. I suppose this refers to the monthly costs or is it yearly?
For monthly I find it high, for yearly low.

Of course, we also did some research and come to about €200 per month. Probably forgot something, right?

Fees per year
Waste fee €120.00
Sewage €150.00
Water €140.00
Rainwater €101.00
Property tax €422.00
Electricity €910.00
Household insurance €110.00
Building insurance €400.00
Divided by 12, so monthly €196.08

Hello reeneex

I do not know the fees for water and wastewater as well as rainwater for you. For us, wastewater costs €2.92/m³ and fresh water €1.85/m³, plus the basic charge for the water meter and basic charge per residential unit. These basic charges alone amounted to just over €100 on the last bill.

As for rainwater, here the cost is €1.36 per m² of sealed surface.

With your stated €101, either the sealed surface is very small or you have very low charges per m². Either way, it should already be considered whether it wouldn't be better to plan a cistern right away and then allow the water to infiltrate 100% on your own property or use it in the garden. I myself built something like this a few years ago by own effort and in 2-3 years the system will be out of the red for us and we save a lot of money every year.

And if possible, avoid the bio bin and rather compost the garden waste. Saves money and you also gain high-quality humus.

I somehow miss the point "Heizkosten" here. Does it not play any role at all? And how is the heating actually done?

Your cost list only makes sense if you specify the associated service quantity along with the estimated Euro amount. Otherwise, no one can classify it, as especially water fees vary greatly in Germany.

Chimney sweep, maintenance of heating system, descaling system, possibly provisions for repairs. ( one says 50 cents per sqm per month for a new house)

It's a little different for everyone, we pay 300 euros every month into a separate account from which all the house ancillary costs are paid, the account is far from being overdrawn.... the annual gas and electricity statement is of course still missing... but roughly speaking, no surprises should be coming our way.
our property tax B is lower than elsewhere, it can easily exceed the 2 euro estimate.

The 50 cent reserves are also not included here.

With 3 euros per sqm you are on the safe side, although for us that would be 450 euros... with that you can already run quite a bit of outdoor lighting.
