Chin up - think about partial areas and set very targeted accents with brick veneer look. That can look really brilliant and you have your desired material on the house.

The proposal is good. Houses with partial surfaces look much nicer than completely white or fully brick-faced houses.

That will probably be the difficulty. Double-shell construction is also not standard for just anyone with you?

Here in the brick region, the double-shell facade with cheap bricks usually costs the general contractors no extra compared to a plaster facade. With open tendering, we paid about €150/m² for facing work with insulation, window openings, and more expensive stones.

I have also come across this statement several times. That is probably only true under the premise that you actually have your facade painted every 8-10 years. But who established this value?! The German painter lobby?

Most houses here date from the 1930s or 1960s and none of them has yet seen a 4th coat of paint. The houses from the 30s mostly received a second coat in the late 60s (I assume they were simply embarrassed next to all the new buildings ) and then again in the 90s.
Due to the currently ongoing generational change, the houses are now being repainted gradually, and as far as I can tell as a watching walker, the coats were actually mostly still okay. Especially where they were repainted in the old color afterward, I could hardly see any difference between "cleaned" and "freshly painted."

This statement depends on the location of the house and the potential "pollution or moss pressure".

Yes, near a forest or tall trees, it doesn't take long for the bright facade to visually age.

A light clinker brick facade does not visually "age"? I think that is an argument from a salesperson, which of course contains a grain of truth. But that's all.
