The material costs for brick slips (made of bricks, not concrete with color particles) should be around 40-60 €/m² including joint mortar. Then the same again for labor, so 100 €/m² as a guideline.

Regarding the base plaster, etc. You could alternatively omit everything and have PUR panels with joint guides installed on the outside of the 36 cm bricks. This reduces the labor time when attaching the slips and provides additional wall insulation. The costs should balance out if you can exclude the plastering work from the construction company. There are system providers of these PUR panels with slip joint guides. Maybe they can give you recommendations for contractors.

I just asked a Polish crew about our house for your information: 100,-/sqm is a good guideline. It depends on the price of the tiles whether it comes to 95 or 115.

Somewhere I once read that the facade would also be economically worthwhile, since you save on the painter (multiple times) later. But at these prices, it looks more like pure hobbyism that you absolutely have to want. Maybe it's simply the wrong time for such frills in the current market.
