Just out of interest, how do I get to 10,000 euros for painting work done by myself? For much less money, I can already get a painter to paint my house and wallpaper the ceilings with painting fleece, including materials, right?

I always set this amount. On the one hand, because most builders rarely wallpaper "only" with white woodchip, rarely work alone, and the "small" gifts to the helpers also cost money; the catering anyway. If the builders manage with less, so much the better. Why you come out cheaper when commissioning an official painting company, I cannot answer. But I would assume that then you have reserves left, should you happen to have based yourself on my list.

Are the 10,000 euros for floor work related to all rooms?

Yes.

If it becomes cheaper through pure DIY in the painting work, there is room for the floor coverings or other extras.

I ask myself the same. I have already selected and calculated the floor coverings for the entire house and come to just under 8,000 euros including wall tiles. Of course, these are pure material costs, but we also lay and tile everything ourselves.

Assuming you calculated correctly, there will surely be one or another gimmick added; borders or similar, which only become apparent during the sample selection. If friends/acquaintances help, at least the cost of catering.

The definition of secondary construction costs varies widely. For some, it's "only" the public fees; for me, all costs that have to be spent exclusively on the house construction; for others, even the last light bulb.
