8 trees on the property between the power and telephone lines.

Hello everyone

We have or are about to buy a piece of land on which there are still a few trees.
Now these (spruces) unfortunately stand close to the power line that runs over the property and close to the telephone cable that also runs over the property.

Therefore, a hazard felling will probably be necessary, or is there the possibility to ask the power company and the telecom provider if they can temporarily disconnect the line for period x in order to fell the trees. Then the neighboring house would just have to manage without power for an hour or two... :-(
I think that might be cheaper than handling 8 trees with hazard felling, right?

It is the middle property and I don't really like the cables over the property but it's a small village and all houses are connected like that with power and telephone :-(

Best regards
Andreas

If the trees have not grown up directly between the lines, cutting them down is unproblematic for an experienced team. You specifically bring the crown down in one direction and then fell it. I would save myself the hassle with the providers – unless you can have the lines relocated – but that is not cheap.

Is there a registered right of way? Otherwise, I would cautiously suggest relocating the Reddel.

Four of the eight trees run exactly between these two lines and even experienced friends have already said that you should not touch them.

Right-of-way exists only for sewer and water and they run underground.
Does that mean I can tell the electricity provider and the telecom company that they have to remove the lines from the property if it has not been entered?
Then the problem would be solved, right?

Regards
Andreas

Are the trees already taller than the [Leitungen] hang?

Yes, they are higher, definitely a few meters above.
