I am not putting anyone down here. I am just expressing my opinion. Or am I not in a forum where different opinions are expressed?

I would do it if a bank supports it - and you can also say that if the parents live nearby, then the start-up assistance for your house is also an investment in their old age. If you were to move away again, then you would no longer be available as support.

Oh ... I don't want to start any discussion(s) now, but even during my (full-time) studies - which are among the more demanding ones - I almost always got my 20h/week complete.

This is not about showing who "worked" how much during their studies, but whether a 27-year-old, shortly before completing their master's degree, should/can buy a currently unnecessary house.

The can can only be clarified by the bank, the should/want by him.

The 420k€ will not be enough. Keyword furniture etc.

Would do it and also calmly take the parents' money.

Then you just take used furniture first. Sometimes you get it for free.

I would do it if the banks cooperate. I also don't find it bad to include the parents' money if it's necessary. As parents, you like to support your children if you don't need the money at the moment.
