Who decides whether a rental apartment is necessary? Or to live with the parents? Or to buy?

Do you do that? According to which criteria do different people have the right to property, rent, or to live on the street? Very presumptuous statement from you ;)

Having is better than needing. And when you have such a clear idea of how you want to live - after having tried other things - then that is also a decision that has a basis.

Sorry, but you know exactly what is meant by that! There is no need to start a new discussion now.

A single person aged 27, about to graduate, does not "need" a house with 170 sqm. But a roof over their head, probably. EOD.

But that saves him the NEED with a pregnant woman and no offer on the market. As a person without a family, one can also better restrict oneself and can plan renovations differently than with toddlers underfoot.

The main thing is that the OP (and the woman of his heart) are also aware that a house and property not only cost money but also require a lot of work. Not everyone is made for that. Unless it is supposed to look like the Klopeks' ...

As I said, village child, I think I can quite well imagine that a house means work. As mentioned, I have renovated 2 apartments, my cars have never been inside a workshop (in my possession), since I was 12 I have been working with wood, etc etc etc. My parents' house is from around 1870 ... I think I have an idea of what maintenance means.
