12.8kWh for 5000€, where is that? You can't even get the material for that, then the inverter and connection, ... Then 274 full cycles, how do you want to manage that? Using an immersion heater to heat water at night is not a sensible use case for storing electricity. ;-)

You will have many days, even with your large system, from mid-November to the end of February/beginning of March, when you will be happy if you get a total of 4-5 kWh per day from the roof at all.

That may be, which means that a storage system is even less worthwhile. I am not an advocate for storage in the current situation. I have only given you an answer to your question, nothing more.

Average values do not apply here. In December, I also generated just under 300kWh. However, only on 6 days. On the remaining 25 days, there was rarely more than 5kWh and of course, this was consumed directly without going through the storage! Take another good look at that on your end. ;)

But I actually only wanted to put into perspective the statement that one can be glad in winter if there are any days with a generation of 4-5kWh at all. Of course, there are such days, but there are also some sunny days that bring more. For example, in December, I had 12 days that generated over 10kWh and sometimes up to 30kWh.

If I had 23kWp on the roof now, like Dogma, the whole thing would of course look much better.

120kWh were produced with a nearly 10kWp system in Bavaria, either it was almost completely dark and foggy or there was snow on the modules. However, the system produced over 11,000 kWh in total in the year 2022.

I don't want to argue any further here, in my opinion and personal experience, 274 cycles and more are simply not achievable for the average person. We have a lot of photovoltaic and also photovoltaic + storage systems in the circle of friends and family, including large and small systems, and no one comes close to the cycles you would like to have.
