Hi,

we are currently looking for a solution for our photovoltaic system. Since our prefab house builder charges utopically high prices for the photovoltaic system, we have looked around in other shops.
We are building according to QNG standard in Baden-Württemberg, accordingly we need at least 12 kWp (due to the roof area) and a storage system.

We noticed the following offer from photovoltaik4all:
It is about a
12 kWp photovoltaic system Trina Vertex S and Fronius GEN24 and BYD storage
for €11,600.

Is the system any good or does anyone have experience buying the system themselves and then having it installed?
Bad idea?
Is there anything that fundamentally speaks against the offer?

Scope of delivery:

[*]27x Trina Vertex S+ TSM-445NEG9R.28 445 heat pump BFR (double glass) - monocrystalline solar module with 445 heat pump, double glass
[*]1x Fronius Symo GEN24 10.0 Plus - 3-phase inverter with integrated emergency power
    [*]1x BYD B-BOX HVS 10.2 storage - (10.24 kWh)
    [*]1x Fronius Smart Meter TS
[*]1x K2 System SingleRail mounting system for pitched roof with tile covering (Frankfurt pan tile or similar) - roof hooks K2 Systems aluminium CrossHook 3S, 3-fold height adjustable
    [*]100m HELUKABEL SOLARFLEX®-X H1Z2Z2-K 6 sqmm black
    [*]2x Stäubli MC4-EVO 2 socket Photovoltaik-KBT4-EVO 2/6II-UR and Stäubli MC4-EVO 2 plug Photovoltaik-KST4-EVO 2/6II-UR

Here are mostly clients for solar companies, in another forum you will find the self-builders. If you hire a company for the installation, they bring "their" material and install and guarantee the entire system. This could also be important for the insurance in case of emergency. The system must be declared in the home insurance and also increases the premium. Whether the components work well together, I cannot tell you.

I would trust myself and a friend who is an electrician to do the installation (as additional information). That means we would only need an electrician with the appropriate license to commission it.

We had a similar system installed. 4 professionals took one day for the roof with scaffolding and nice calm weather, and 1 electrician with a student assistant another day, I estimate a week for you two. Is your vacation worth it, and don't fall off.

From my point of view, there is nothing speaking against the components - we have the same (except different modules), runs without hiccups and fuss...

Hello,

we also recently installed 44 modules on a pitched roof. It went pretty well. The longest part was setting the roof hooks and making the cutout in the roof tiles.

It is important that the roof hooks have many adjustment options. And for the cutout, I got a wall chaser for €140.00. That made it much faster and easier. The electrical installation is still to come.

We still had scaffolding from the shell builder and it took us one week without taking time off.
