According to the datasheet, at 60% speed it requires 70 watts x 24 x 365 = 614 kWh. So now it depends on whether the above-mentioned speed is sufficient for normal operation in your house. You can google the datasheet, it also contains the other data...

Hello Yvonne,
Thanks again to you as well.
Since we also have about 135sqm, it would be interesting to know what you use for heating annually.

Could you also provide me with some information about that???

13750 kWh for 10 months (Kfw 70). I find that a bit much, but you have to consider that the time for drying heating of the screed and much too high settings during the time before the move, so the entire drying heating was included.
Besides, we have our air space - which makes the cubic meters of our house larger

Where are you building in Hamburg? asks Yvonne

More important would be what type of heating you (ypg) have

Screed drying consumes a lot of energy, so the consumption of the first year should not be taken as a reference anyway - it is usually drastically reduced.

What are the dimensions of your airspace? I have read this from you several times and I am getting more and more interested.

Hey and thanks again....
No, we don't want to build in Hamburg but in Halstenbek. It's near Hamburg.

Yes, I hadn’t thought about that because the first year isn’t important to me anyway, so it’s not a reference. Nevertheless, here is the info: we have a conventional gas heating system proven for us, with solar support for hot water. There is also a controlled residential ventilation system with heat recovery.

As big as our living area. I don’t have the exact measurements in my head anymore, about 5.5 x 4.5, let me calculate... about 30 m³, then the gallery on the upper floor up to the roof... 6 m³. So, compared to a ceiling height of 3 meters, which many imagine for the ground floor, equivalent. In my avatar you can see the view from the sofa upwards. We have a staggered shed roof and the lower roof is not intended for expansion – exactly the right thing if you need less space on the upper floor.
