Hello,
attached is the first draft. We actually like the draft quite a bit. But we are grateful for any comments. Building without a basement. What still gives us some concerns:
- Entrance area
- Heating in the extension, is that problematic?
We have slightly changed the first sketch. You can see the changed version. The house should have the following dimensions: 9.5m x 11.5m
The garage will be moved further down so that there is space for 2 cars.
A double garage is not possible because otherwise we would block the entrance.
But we could also live well with a garage-carport combination.
Attached are the floor plans as well as the building area including orientation.
Looking forward to feedback.
