maybe some of you have some experience. What do the following components cost:

[*]Gas boiler + hot water tank (e.g. Buderus Logamax)
[*]7 sqm solar for hot water
[*]175 sqm underfloor heating in screed
[*]Installation/mounting

We will soon speak with heating engineers, but I wanted to research a rough estimate in advance.

Can it be done for under 20,000 EUR?

I think it will be rather tight. Gas condensing boiler with solar thermal is over €10K, plus flue pipe and underfloor heating (50€/sqm is a rule of thumb), ... Southern Germany is different as well. It could easily be €25K, but that's just my feeling. Maybe someone will post current experiences.

Thank you very much for your response. I had also researched the 50€/sqm. We discussed gas condensing boiler with solar with Buderus at around 13,000 EUR. I hadn't even considered the flue pipe - that's right.

Area: only 110sqm, bungalow. Single-story. 7sqm solar, Junkers gas heating, Thermie, underfloor heating, 2 toilets, 2 sinks, one shower, fittings Hans Grohe/Ceramics Kaldewei or Villeroy & Boch standard version, plus the plumbing: the general contractor calculated 24 thousand for that according to my building description. Your house is bigger, so 20 plus is probably realistic. Karsten
