Daughter as sole heir does not solve all problems. For example, in case of premature death. In case of marriage, the self-occupied family property would also be tax-free... Property you had before marriage remains with you. Muc1985 made it watertight and thus the increase in value is also covered.

Would differentiate the value increase depending on whether it is an inhabited single-family house built during the relationship or rented properties

Death and child/children is another issue. In my opinion, the legal regulations, whether married or not, are not sufficient.

Now it is about finding an arrangement that both can live with unmarried, married, separated, or divorced. Especially beforehand, reasonable arrangements can be made for the separation. When in a bitter dispute, the logical center in the brain is off.

Make an appointment with the notary who also handles the property contracts and have both of you advised.
They are knowledgeable in contract law, as long as nothing is signed, cheaper than a tax advisor (who is usually very tax-focused)
Possibly he can fit you in before the appointment.
And talk about how you imagine it.

Just casually asking: In the event of a separation on your part, is there still enough income to cover maintenance + installment?

I'm not too worried about that.

Hi Haydee,

It would really be great if you could get used to using punctuation. Sometimes, like in this text of yours, I have to read it 10 times to roughly understand what you mean.

No offense! Just saying it in passing.

Ok lady there, daughter there, and you nicely keep them out of everything for her sake. All right. Will she work full-time or part-time afterwards? Is there any compensation?
