320k without a double garage might be possible, I think. With a double garage, it could be tight. Roughly: House: €1500 x 150sqm = 225,000 Plot: 67,000 Additional costs (roughly estimated 35,000 Total (without garage): 327,000

@Jaydee: The plot costs including additional costs 67,000 for 602 sqm. We also want to build 150 sqm Kfw70. 2 floors, monopitch roof, no basement, but with double garage. According to the architect, the price is supposed to also include a high-quality finish and geothermal heat pump. Does that sound unrealistic to you?

OK, then your plot is already 20,000 € cheaper than ours ;)

Nevertheless, I agree with wadenkneifer that a garage is probably not included.
