So the house and property should cost 250,000, I already have several offers. I know here it’s always written about at least 300,000 and far more. But we are also in a rural area and the house has a normal standard. And with the costs, we have already calculated the worst cases regarding incidental building costs.

Regarding my salary, it should certainly be mentioned that it will also increase quite soon and then certainly continue steadily (family business allows for a realistic assessment).
Sure, the salary will be missing at first. Then you just have to be a bit more frugal than usual.
Max. 250k€ for the land with the house and all incidental building costs? How much does the m² of developed land cost where you are? How expensive is the house supposed to be? Is it going to be a shell house?
What are you planning to pay for the outdoor facilities (terrace, paths, garage or carport, fence, lawn, etc.) from?
Sorry if I ask stupidly, but I have been dealing with my house planning for 1 year and have hardly ever heard of such a total amount in 2016/2017/2018 except maybe from Carsten and even he spent more (right? )
