Max. 250k€ for the land with the house and all incidental building costs? How much does the m² of developed land cost where you are? How expensive is the house supposed to be? Is it going to be a shell house?

What are you planning to pay for the outdoor facilities (terrace, paths, garage or carport, fence, lawn, etc.) from?

Sorry if I ask stupidly, but I have been dealing with my house planning for 1 year and have hardly ever heard of such a total amount in 2016/2017/2018 except maybe from Carsten and even he spent more (right? )

Who comes up with 250000? Please break down the costs into land, ancillary purchase costs, house, ancillary construction costs, and outdoor facilities. Let's leave out the EL for now.

If a BU calculates 250000 for you, the ancillary construction costs on the builder's side still need to be added. Expensive property transfer tax for a developer.

Not to mention the upgrades (with 99% certainty).

If the 250000 should be correct (just assuming), the loan will have to be higher. Material for EL also costs.

Can you imagine €1000 + €300 incidental costs + €200 maintenance reserve?

Always keep in mind that children cost money (food, leisure, clothing, care, and loss of income).

I would rather finance with 300k. And then it's up to you to decide if we can afford it.

You have also painstakingly saved the equity, right? 10k equity with that income is not much. How come?

Are you married? Perhaps a wedding and thus changing the tax filing status during the parental leave would bring a few hundred more per month into the budget.
