We have had parquet since the end of May, and in the study, there is a transparent mat under the desk chair (so that the chair wheels do not leave permanent marks on the parquet). Already now, you can see a difference between the parquet under the mat (lighter) and the rest of the parquet (darker). It is light oak, white oiled.

We recently removed the glue residue on our parquet with this cleaning oil from Frosch. It can also be used pure. Your steps are sealed, right? We also stained beech dark.

The Froschöl IS a cleaning agent - wood cleaners are mostly oil-based. Bought at OBI
