Hello dear forum members,
we already signed the order confirmation for our house in August 2020.
In October this year we will sign the work contract and in November the foundation slab will be made.
Around May the earthworks will start.
The house erection is next year in April.
Now we have heard about the massive price increases in the wood sector.
Can we expect a price increase despite the signed OC?
Wording OC: "House: March/April 2022, depending on the weather conditions and completion of the preparatory work.
The final construction sum will be recorded in the work contract after completion of the approval planning and sampling in the factory.
In case of financing refusal by the credit institutions, the order confirmation expires without any costs."
