I am now a little confused. If I follow the explanations here, the civil engineer and structural engineer (a company) is still not behind schedule on Thursday in week 10, since mathematically they still have the entire Friday to carry out the earthworks, replace the soil, construct the basement room, pour the floor slab, let the floor slab dry, as well as build the shell and the ceilings. Am I seeing this correctly?

I really doubt that the second shell builder will start any faster. Does he have downtime? He’s not just standing around and then showing up the next day. If you’re unlucky, he’s the next one who will lure you in with false promises.

I would continue to call the first shell builder several times a day and coordinate the schedule. Make sure to stay strictly on a factual level. Arguing about the past weather now doesn’t help. On the contrary, it further destroys communication.

At the same time, you can consult a lawyer to get advice on how, when, and at what cost you can get out of the contract.

Well then I am relieved. So I don't have to worry until Saturday in KW10, even if it hasn't started by then.

My shell construction began on 4th November and on 24th November the battens were fixed on the roof. Just to give a timeframe 1.5 storeys and not a palace
