With whom to finance?

Hello.
Our long-planned house extension is now slowly becoming serious.
Now the question arises with whom we will finance our project.
We already have the verbal commitment for financing from Schwäbisch Hall, but I recently read that many finance through KFW, although there are some conditions involved.
As described in my other thread, we want to completely renovate an old house and build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2009.
Which financial institution would you recommend and what exactly are the conditions with KFW!?

at the moment, there are banks that offer KfW loans at significantly better rates than is usually the case.

Two KfW programs are relevant for you: the KfW Home Ownership Program and the Modernization Program.

The conditions can also be influenced by the various freely selectable terms.

If you like, I would be happy to take a look at this for you.

I can only recommend a specific bank once all the information is available. However, I strongly assume that there are more favorable financing options for you than those offered by Schwäbisch Hall.
