Additional info from the green forum - asked there by "Der Baulaie": the affected window is easily accessible from the outside for burglars, the apartment is a maisonette on the ground floor/basement, where it is located above the stairs leading down.

Yes, that is true - the window is easily accessible from the outside. You can also see that in the first photo. However, all our windows only have the lowest resistance class RC1N anyway. So whoever wants to get in will get in anyway...
