Who has experience with Bonum Haus GmbH?

Can anyone share new experiences with Bonum Haus? We are looking for a house project in the Nuremberg area? Almost no reports in recent years are strange. What I understand is that Bonum Haus is an intermediary and receives a commission for the contracts. You make a contract with each craftsman. So you have to sign a lot of documents. Is Bonum Haus completely out after the mediation? Sold once and done? Is there no control over the sold service? I see that critically overall because then the entire control is left to the inexperienced customer. There is price pressure in construction, can that work well without control? What do you say about construction intermediaries like Bonum Haus?

Hi, we built with Bonum two years ago in the Nürnberger Land area. Yes, Bonum merely connects you with craftsmen from the region. However, project management/supervision is also included. I recommend an external expert for the final inspection and, if available, a report for the basement concrete. That was the biggest problem/issue for us. Otherwise, you are on your own for complaints after acceptance.

I don’t quite understand the construction management thing yet. The management coordinates and supervises?

Who pays the construction management? Well? Of course, the construction company. And whose interests are then pursued? At least not yours in the first place.
Always have your own expert with you, whom you pay and who works for you.
