Which wall color is recommended?

Hello,
After the question of wallpaper or not has been answered, I am asking about the wall color you recommend.
At the hardware store, there is Alpina, called Renovierweiss for 25 euros per pot, 10l.
Can one buy that, or does it have to be something higher-quality, like Brillux on the wall?

I'll put it this way. The price difference doesn't come from nowhere. I have no experience with the [DIY store stuff]. But don't save in the wrong place. You won't need 10 buckets anyway. My opinion :cool:

Don't take Alpina. It's the worst crap, even if the media publishes it differently with a cute Persian cat.

If you want to paint directly onto the plaster, I recommend silicate paint because it is vapor-permeable. And of course, you can also use it on [Malervlies].

Have never had problems with Alpina, nor with cheap Obi paint, nor anything in between. They all make the wall white.

I'll ask like this, which color have you used and had good experiences with?
