Hello everyone,
We are currently very focused on the topic of searching for a plot of land. Two new residential areas are currently being developed near us. I call them "unten" and "oben" - so you don't get confused ;)
Plot A:
- quiet location
- all on one level/flat
- very nice "feeling" due to small river and bike path
- generally cheaper price per square meter
- neighbors on all sides (see picture)
- uncertain due to sunlight and possible shading?
Plot B:
- small hillside location (additional costs due to leveling, etc.)
- no neighbor behind and on the right
- unobstructed southwest view
- possibly smell / farming work because we are directly next to the field
- possibly higher price per square meter
There are pros and cons for both plots... we are really uncertain. "Unten" has a very nice location because it is flat and quiet. The feeling is very great. However, we are worried about sunlight, as we fear that we will get little sun because of the other houses. What do you think?
