Which plot to choose in the new development area? Pros/Cons

Hello,
We want to apply for 3 plots in the new development area but are unsure if we have chosen the right ones.
Our favorites so far are the numbered 1-3.

It is important to us that the living room & garden face the sun and that there is enough space to the neighbor so that you cannot look into each other's houses.

Do you think these are the right plots? Do you find a second neighbor more advantageous or a corner plot?

Or is there anything else to consider?

Basically, the questions cannot be answered unfortunately. It always depends on everything else as well. The local conditions cannot be read from this plan. Which roads will be more heavily trafficked? What does the adjacent existing development look like? Is the plan even oriented to the north? Do the land square meter prices differ?

What I’m getting at: You probably have a good view of the conditions and can therefore decide this best. Trust your gut feeling. The considerations you mentioned here indicate that you already know what you are doing and what to pay attention to. Ultimately, you cannot arrive mathematically at the one correct solution if you cannot properly name and evaluate the variables.

The builder’s first duty: make decisions!

WA 3.
At WA 4 there is too much path on land, snow clearing is mandatory, someone is constantly walking or driving past. WA 3 is sunny and quite undisturbed.

We want to apply for 3 plots in the new development area but are unsure if we have chosen the right ones.

I feel the same - on the flat plan I see too little: no contour lines, no description of the differences between WA3 and WA4, ... "I can't work like this" ;-)

I see on the map neither whether there is a floodplain or a marshy hollow anywhere ... nor where the highway runs ... nor where you have the best view over the Moselle valley or of the waste incineration plant ... I see neither contour lines nor what is within a 500 m radius around it nor how the individual sub-areas were previously used --> too little data for an assessment
