Which plot to choose in the new development area? Pros/Cons

I find it rather curious that the scarcity of plots has advanced to the point where you have to go through an application process with a point system just to be able to buy a plot.

I would rather not do that, because then the terrace doors would be missing or in the wrong place. ;)

I can only speak from my own experience that we also relocated the main terrace because the spot chosen on paper was simply uncomfortable. However, the terrace door could remain.

But with my advice, I mainly meant additional seating in the garden.
