I had to drill another box for my Home Assistant Dashboard / Fire Tablet.
Everything is now completed and now the question:
Which plaster should I use here to get the same surface as the existing plaster again?

I would say that you first need to fill it. Then repair putty, that's what you usually use. It is also quite fine. However, you will see something like that because you will be applying a different topcoat. Or even if it is the same color, you usually see the difference.
