Which plaster is recommended for a double garage?

You know all the garages in your building district from the inside??? – that, in turn, I now find interesting but at the same time confusing ;-)

If you maintain good relationships with your neighbors and neighbors’ neighbors in the village, talk to each other, or observe the surroundings during the construction phase, then it’s no longer a secret. Unless you live alone on your own height, then that’s something different (Please don’t misunderstand, I’m not addressing anyone here).

What if now KNX or smart home enthusiasts start thinking about a garage. They would have to be in outer space or declared as “aliens” ;)

Nothing would be, because why shouldn’t you integrate your garage if you already have such a system in the house. When I look at the garages in the area, almost every one has plaster on the inside and tiles on the floor. Electricity is usually surface-mounted but there is plenty of equipment.

Inside, I would use lime plaster and the simplest method. I would not paint it. We also only had lime-cement plaster applied - which is certainly a cost factor but was unfortunately necessary for me with interior Poroton exposed masonry. In my opinion, this is not necessary with sand-lime brick, Ytong, or even timber framing!

Lime-cement plaster. I think lime plaster is more expensive / better suited for "living spaces".
