ok. wow. super thanks for the answer.
Do you also cook, wash, and dry the laundry inside the apartment?

What would still speak in favor of the lime plaster in the apartment?

The climate is supposedly better. I could imagine it in the main bathroom, the rest of the house I find unnecessary. Yes, we do all these things in the house. You really don't need to worry about too much moisture with [Kontrollierte-Wohnraumlüftung]!

jo, just more about the electricity costs but if I calculate it and it consumes so little then that would be great.

We have 100 sqm living space, also just the two of us, but only the p190 is offered to us.
With which formula/power requirement did you select the p310

We have partly casein paints and partly lime. The lime has easily and without damage withstood any moisture exposure, the casein has developed some small mold spots between the sink and the kitchen windowsill a few centimeters above it within 13 months. Specifically, this area was covered with elephant skin, but there is still organic material underneath. I had to remove it.

Best regards, Gabriele

We decided on full lime plaster throughout the entire house. Two layers. The price difference compared to lime-cement base plaster was 2 EUR / m² net, and it was well worth it to us. We would not want gypsum plaster. The top lime plaster layer remains "untreated," meaning: once the plaster is dry, it is finished and will not be painted anymore. The color and surface look much more natural than smooth troweled and bright white painted gypsum surfaces. We would not have liked that.

Because of the heat recovery (Wärmerückgewinnung) you save energy with the controlled residential ventilation instead of consuming additional energy. Without heat recovery, you have ventilation losses because you are forced to open the windows. The heat recovery recovers the heat. Example: The ventilation extracts on average 18° warm air from the house and warms the 5° cold air from outside again. The air leaving the house is then only 10° warm and the air finally going back into the house is 17° warm. So you get fresh air at 17° into the house. With manual ventilation, you would have exchanged 18° warm air for 5° cold air and have to heat it expensively.

But don't get me wrong: Due to the acquisition costs of the controlled residential ventilation, it will probably not be economical. However, it is definitely a great gain in comfort.

Gypsum plaster does not necessarily have to be smoothed. We also have texture throughout the entire ground floor.
