Hello,
we are currently designing our garden. We want to get a robotic lawn mower in the future, and it should be able to mow the lawn independently up to the edge.
We have not decided on a model yet because we want to get it in 1-2 years, but we want to align the garden right away so that it can mow perfectly without conversion measures.
My question to you is, what minimum width must the edge stone have so that the most common robot models have no problems?
12cm is probably not enough.
16cm, is that enough or is that also too tight?
24cm, that should probably be enough, but of course, it looks quite thick.
The edge stones are to border the lawn to the terrace, flower bed, garden wall, and garden shed. Behind the stones, there is an even bed but also a wall, e.g., garden wall or garden shed.
Thank you very much for your help.
