Is mineral wool meant by MW?

Sound is a b... Do not fall under the false assumption that the higher the insulation value of the masonry, the quieter it is inside. Of course, there is a connection, but it doesn’t help if you have the best wall construction and then use uninsulated roller shutter boxes or the connections are poorly executed. So consider whether you just want to achieve a certain value theoretically or if you actually want it to feel quieter. You should discuss this with the planner. And if they don’t know about it, then bring in someone who does. And then please also supervise the execution. However, too strong shielding is not necessarily the best thing. If no noises from outside are audible at all, that can also be strange. Also, noises inside the house are then perceived more strongly. Do you always want that?

Thanks for the detailed advice :)
It's about building in a noise level area (LB 3) and needing a certain sound insulation to get the building permit :)
Also a ventilation system accordingly

This can be demonstrated by calculation. Depending on the municipality, either a rough note where you scribble three sound insulation values or a proper calculation proof is sufficient. Some civil engineer/architect/technical building equipment specialist etc. does this, it just costs a few euros. So if there is a sound insulation assessment for the construction area, this is used and the values are then applied to the relevant rooms (usually bedrooms). Every surface and its composition is included. If done correctly, it is a small calculation. But only calculated values come out of it.
