Which KFW subsidies can we use for the renovation?

I have a question regarding the Kfw funding programs and possible combinations.

We have bought a nice old building from 1917 (worth preserving building fabric) with 280 sqm of living space and now want to renovate it. There will be 4 residential units in total in the house. (1x100sqm on the ground floor, 2x50sqm on the upper floor, 1x80sqm in the attic)

Planned so far is a new roof including insulation to a U-value of 0.14, renovation of the existing laminated glass windows with K-glass, replacement of the individual wood stoves with a pellet central heating system with buffer tank and installation of suitable radiators. Also required is the new interior construction and new construction of 4 bathrooms.

Which KFW funding/grants can I use here? (Unfortunately, the windows do not reach the required U-value of 1.6 after renovation)
Is it possible to use the funding program "altersgerecht Umbauen" 159?

I don’t want to go to our house bank unprepared with our financing concept :-D

we are asking ourselves the same questions. We are taking over a house from 1930 from the family and want to renovate and insulate the roof (it is still original, but tight, has various flaws in the wood) and have new windows and roller shutter boxes installed, but only double-glazed, as we want to avoid having to insulate the exterior walls (which is apparently required with triple glazing).

If you are already further along with the topic:

- how expensive was your roof renovation and how high were the subsidies for it?

- what did the windows cost and what about subsidies there?
