Bamboo of the family Fargesia does not spread aggressively at all. I would personally not plant any other families.

We have beech because we also don’t want cemetery planting. Cherry laurel on one side. Cemetery planting "lives" from thujas and conifers...

In my opinion, you did everything right. It looks very appealing.

We would not have been happy with the price for our 50 meters.

Do you have a picture of your beech? How long do they lose their leaves?

They do not lose them. They dry up in autumn/winter and stay attached. In spring the new shoots come. For us, this year in the second week of May. We have not pruned them yet, as they were struggling a bit at first.
