at 23 degrees inside the house, forget any heat pump and use gas.
Such nonsense, we had 23°C in the rooms during winter and heat our 150 sqm (KFW40 house) with a heat pump (air-to-water heat pump). Our hot water costs are 30€ per month. The flooring is not ideal for heat transfer. 3-layer parquet in the bedrooms and children's rooms and solid wood floorboards in the living room. The supply temperature has so far been far from 30 °C. No controlled residential ventilation.
Why you insist on gas at the desired room temperature of 23°C is beyond me....
