If done correctly, no new construction is built at all. Because hundreds of thousands of kilowatt-hours of energy are sunk into it (not even counting the muscle power and its generation). So what is the topic?
As mentioned, currently in summer, 40-45 kWh come from the roof here, the house consumption is 10-12 kWh. In winter, it is the other way around. Overall roughly ±0 with 6500 kWh consumption and 6.82 kWp photovoltaic system. I think it’s good. It works, it pays off, even without self-consumption. The rate is about 33% without storage.
The idea of a storage system is understandable and smart. Unfortunately, they are too expensive. Both from an economic aspect and in terms of the ecological balance. Urks. Otherwise, I would have bought one right away, because one thing is clear: if storage, then directly with the photovoltaic installation, because you then get the VAT back on the investment. For retrofitting (currently), you do not.
