That does not exist, because it will never fully fit your situation. What use is a standardized study if one heating system is still more efficient and sensible for you than another?

The location alone and the associated temperature affect the effectiveness and economic efficiency of the heating system. Where an air-water heat pump works perfectly, it can become too expensive in very cold areas.

And so on, and so forth. As BeHaElJa already said, there are too many influencing factors.

The local efficiency can then be determined based on geographic correction values, which are published in abundance. But for that, one needs a neutral baseline calculation that takes the physical efficiencies into account. Well, I'll see what I can gather.

Good luck! You can report back.

You also don't lay collectors under the terrace; if necessary, you go "straight" through there and insulate the section. Settling / lifting occurs especially in the first years.

By the way, you can easily plant on the plots above. Or do you all avoid planting trees because the drinking water line runs into the house at that point? (It is made of the same material as the brine lines and lasts forever).

8.1 kW heating load does not indicate a modern insulated house. I am at under 6.0 kW heating load with 250 m² insulated area, KFW55 standard. Apparently, in your case, two factors come together (poor insulation + sandy soil) that make it difficult.

You are unfortunately wrong about poor insulation - can you do more than just make assumptions?
