Which floor plan do you like better? How would you decide?

Hello!

If you, as a family of four, had to move into one of these two houses, which one would you choose? If you could also briefly explain your choice, I would be very grateful.

I’ll save you the reading time and therefore won’t fill out the long questionnaire.

The floor area ratio is the same in both cases (160 m2). The roof is a hipped roof with a 22° pitch. The kitchen upstairs has a 3 m long cooking island. The kitchen downstairs instead has 2 kitchen units. In the living room downstairs, there would be the possibility to set up an aquarium or install a large shelf.

Because your 2 sentences introducing the floor plan are more than sparse. We know nothing about the reasons, for example, for the garage .. site plan and so many things that are asked for in the linked post.

If you want input, you should also give input.

And if you are already doing such surveys, you should also allow the option "none of the variants" ;)

Not everyone can live in a villa. ;) I expected a comment like that. It's not very creative. Please work on that. <3 If the drafts are that bad, then go ahead. That's why I'm here. I lack experience. I admit that openly and honestly. I'm still considering whether to include a basement, so I don't want to burden you with too many details. Just want to see if I'm on the right track.

Sorry, if you want help, then YOU have to follow the rules of the helpers. And, I don’t feel like writing novels because you never know what the essential facts are. It’s no coincidence that this questionnaire was created. Without the facts queried there, everything is just a collection of "I’m just babbling away"... and it’s boring.

You are probably right. I will fill out the questionnaire. It can't be that bad. =)
