Which building plot to choose for a single-family house?

Which three building plots would you favor in the following development plan and why? We just can't agree. The terrain is relatively flat. Below the building plots, a somewhat larger road passes by the planned terraced houses. Between plots 15 and 16, a road is to open up another building area.

Are the building plots allocated according to the points table? If yes, that would also play a role in my considerations. If you only indicate the nicer ones, you can end up empty-handed more quickly. Therefore, I would select at least one plot that is not quite as ideal compared to the others.

The building plots are indeed allocated according to the point table. However, I hope that the chances here are quite good. Therefore, I would first like to select the most beautiful ones.

I think the south-eastern plots probably have the best potential. Therefore, I would also specify a northern one.

Is there also m² included? Otherwise, I find it hard to imagine the size proportions.
