Hello.
A new development area is currently being established in a community near us.
Some plots are still available. We are not entirely sure which one we should reserve.
Maybe we have overlooked something?
I have attached the development plan and the overview of the still available plots.
To the north, the village outskirts border with a wide view of fields and meadows.
To the west, the federal road passes by, and to the east, there are railway tracks for the regional train.
We would like to build about 150 - 160 m2 of living space with 2 full floors.
1 garage + 1 carport.
Our favorites would be either No. 19 (distant view, distance to federal road and railway tracks) or No. 76 (garden to the south, distance to federal road and railway tracks).
