Where should the Ikea Maximera rails be attached?

Unfortunately, this does not explain why the frame is rubbing at the top. The possibility I can currently imagine is an incorrect installation of the carcass rails, namely using the lower holes instead of the upper holes of the rail. (Only the lowest rails are attached with the lower holes.)

In the last two pictures I unscrewed the rail at the top a bit so that I could slide the drawer underneath.

As I wrote above, the rails are mounted incorrectly.

Hi. I screwed the bottom rail at the lower holes and the three above at the upper holes, because otherwise the drawers won’t close as they overlap.

Can you explain to me again exactly what you mean? Maybe I didn’t understand it ops:

When I look at the pictures, there is no screw visible in the upper holes. So the top rail pair must be fastened with the lower holes.

I can also imagine that the drawer fronts were connected incorrectly, similar to the first case in this thread. The bottom drawer is assembled differently from the others, as explained in the instructions. Additionally, with each drawer, you have to make sure that the fronts are mounted the right way around. Therefore, I would first check everything for correctness.

There must definitely be an assembly error, as with correct assembly there is always enough space for all parts.
