Hello,

briefly about our situation (for those who don’t know it from the other threads yet):

Land available. No new development area.
The street at the property will probably be built in 2020. I can probably find out the costs for the road construction from the municipality in March.

We are planning to build a house on the property. Development plan available.

We are currently still roughly estimating costs.
They consist of:
Proportional costs for the street (we will find out from the municipality)
House costs (I can estimate with house builders/architects)
Connection costs for water/sewage/electricity/telephone

Where exactly can I find out the costs for the last part?
Can I even find them out now, although the property is not yet connected to a street?

It is about the purple circled and marked property.
The yellow street north of it does not yet exist, but is supposed to come in 2020, as mentioned. The red house in the purple circle does not exist yet either, it was only drawn like that in the development plan.

Thanks in advance

Regards
Specki

Telekom is by default 799 €, electricity you can partially check on the provider's website, but it also depends on the length of the line like water/sewage, and since you do not yet know where your house connection room will be, everything is only estimable.

For water/sewage there is information at the municipality.

Costs depend not only on the cable lengths but also, for example, on the connection capacity. According to the offer for water/electricity/gas from the supplier, it is just under €10,000 for us. The invoice has not arrived yet. We did all the civil engineering work ourselves to speed things up. So that would have to be added. Cable connection just under €1,000, Telekom €799. Better to plan a bit of a buffer...

Thanks already!

Then I should be on the safe side if I reckon with about 15,000 to 20,000, judging by how it sounds.

We have significantly increased connection lines and quite long distances. Maybe others will still post their costs. But with 15-20k you should be pretty safe.

There were roughly a thousand per medium with us. Sometimes less, sometimes more. But roughly.

Only from the street into the house.

The wastewater in the Neubaustraße was €6000 per plot. If you have to pay for the media in the street, it gets expensive.
